Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HarvestPro. By creating an account or using harvest-pro.app you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use HarvestPro.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 20, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Farm members you invite act on your farm under your responsibility.

HarvestPro gives you tools to record and monitor your farm: trees, activities, harvests, sensors, photos and AI analysis. Your records are yours.

Keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export your data at Settings > My data.

• Farmers can post listings. Buyers can show interest and chat with the farmer.
• HarvestPro is a venue. We are not a party to any sale, do not set prices, do not hold payment and do not guarantee quality, quantity or delivery.
• Any deal is between the farmer and the buyer.
• Describe produce honestly. Do not post listings for produce you cannot supply.
• Reference prices shown in the app are guidance only, not an offer or a guaranteed price.
• We may remove listings that break these terms.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give HarvestPro a licence to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, for example showing your listing to buyers or running AI on your photos. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

We may use data that cannot identify you or your farm to improve our models. Photos you send through Contribute may be used to train and improve our AI.

Tree counts, yield forecasts, disease detections and similar results come from AI models. They can be wrong. They are not agronomic, financial or legal advice. Check important decisions against your own observation or an expert. Answers from experts in the app are the expert's own view.

You are responsible for installing and maintaining the sensors and other hardware you connect. Readings depend on the device, its placement and its connection. Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on them as your only safeguard.

• Points have no cash value.
• Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged between accounts.
• We may change how points are earned or used, or end the points programme.

• Do not break the law, harass others, or post false, misleading or harmful content.
• Do not access other users' data or farms without permission.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
• Do not use HarvestPro to send spam.

We may close accounts that break these terms. We tell you why where we can.

You can delete your account at any time at Settings > My data. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

HarvestPro is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent Thai law allows, HarvestPro is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, crop loss, losses from decisions based on information in the app, or the conduct of other users. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Thai law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Thailand.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we ask you to accept again when you next sign in. You must accept the new terms to keep using HarvestPro.
